Steve Burg, the "honest broker", what a joke. And , w/ RS having him over a barrel. If the trustee cannot see through this he must be made to understand.

I can't help but wonder what the 5-HMF negotiations would have looked like if Martin Biggs or Dr. Pandey handled them.

Judging by the testimony of RS during the creditors mtg, where he proudly proclaimed that 50 "packages" (presumably solicitations to buy 5-HMF) were sent out he must really believe that this is all the cya he needs. I don't think so.

BTW, and I don't mean to put this last, because it certainly is not least but from what I've been told by Ddog and others here,LMF has been putting in double and triple shifts in the pursuit of a satisfactory resolution of this very tenuous re-organization. We all owe him our gratitude and assistance.

Funny, if RS worked as hard as LMF to make Nicosan a commercial success (that is IF he wanted it to succeed)then we would all be looking at multi-millions/ month of Nicosan sales rather than trying to keep our heads above water.
