Urbie is Metis and different laws would apply to trying to extradite him to the U.S.

He might have to go thru a sentencing circle ritual and perform a sweetgrass ceremony in Saskatchewan.

Urbie belongs to an elite upper class of Canadians called First Nations and normal rules don´t apply.
