Commentary: As we can see trade usage fell significantly after VMC PSL 7. And now it has fallen off another cliff in VMC PSL 10. I believe due to poor market conditions that ultimately resulted in lower Trade usage. It will be interesting where the Trade Usage % goes in VMC PSL 11, but if Market conditions remain bad I would expect them to stay around VMC PSL 10 Levels. Hope this helps.
