Just one clarification as well...it's not really generating "negative" revenue. There's Revenue and COGs--yes---as we all know WAY to well from the news a la GM, Citi, etc...your costs can exceed revenues and you can lose money.
BTW--the startup I was in lost money for at least half of the 10 years we were in existence before being acquired by a Fortune350. Lets give this CEO a chance and not beat him down---he'll have enough issues trying to grow his business.
