Heres an incentive for companies to stay in the USA. Get rid of rediculous Labor unions. Of course we are going in the other direction. Maybe some tort reform would help as well.

Throwing money at the problem is the only method these idiots find appealing.

They want to devalue the dollar to make the debt burden manageable.
