Hanging on by the skin of our teeth. We need those govt building programs to ramp off. That will help alot.

If that occurs, steel will pick back up. There is still alot of slack in ore though. It's going to take a good part of 09 to soak it up according to the World Steel Dynamics that was given in paris france.
