The feds may now be looking for an investor who really got skinned (like salty says he was) to be a damages witness at a trial. Since most of the time salty says he spent with her was a rant against the SEC, Cox, hedgies and the naked shorters, I think Allred probably concluded interviewing him was a waste of her time. Salty's too brain-dead to be an effective witness (as are many large CMKX stuckholders).

I don't believe the IRS or the DOJ are idiots. IMO, they are carefully building as good an "air tight" case as they can against lots of scammers who have been involved in a criminal enterprise spanning several scams. CMKX is only their most audacious caper. ... eom
