Agreed--i found nothing anywhere indicating anything happened w/ KNIGHT---although being that Pinks/OTC are a very small part of their business they may want to exit gracefully before any more appearance of impropriety. I work for a Fortune 350 ---the Auditors are becoming more and more cautious. There are new Sheriffs coming to town in January as well---and you can bet they'll be out to stir it up.
