My brother just build a computer and is having a slight problem.

Just sent me this:
well im having problems with updating the bios on my LANPARTY DK X38-T2R mother board. Ive downloaded the first link on this webpage...

and it runs into a disk error when i attempt to boot from the floppy.

He used my graphics card and it booted into the bios ok, we're just having trouble going from there. Any help would be appreciated!
