This stock has no bid, therefore .0001 is not the lowest you can go. But nevermind that, you are looking at it from you, the shareholders point of view.

Now look at it from their point of view which is the only one that matters. They cannot sell anymore stock at .0001 and the only way to change this is to reverse split it to get the price up off zero so they can sell it back to zero again.
