Ticker Communications is a "grey Sheet" issue and is presently in the process of uplisting to the OTC:BB.

Currently there are only 16 million shares outstanding. The company has a new marketing plan being developed with plans for new products coming out soon.

Ticker presently has agreements in place with both the Texas and Florida state lotteries to diplay lottery results on Ticker LCD signs.

The company has been in business for over 10 years and is now on the verge of launching their new Digital Display Screens in "C" stores across North America.
