Very nice purchase:) Soon to be envied around here with some getting in a bit higher, lol. I agree with you about the PRC, not much happens by chance or easily. Just think about the fact that some thought we'd get the PPA a year ago but Welwind management had to get through different levels of government to succeed. Also, after all the PPA is a contract that needs to be negotiated thoroughly. If WWEI isn't acquired by 2010 who knows on what exchange it will end up?
