IMHO, Welwind is 18-24 months away from trading on the NYSE. NOTHING
in China happens by chance, You can not even have two children in
China with out the RED's knowing about it. Ask yourself do you think
a Canadian based DooGooder Alt energy company can secure contracts to
supply energy to PRC with out some kind of high ranking governmental
connections being a foot. These so called "uhhum cough" Directors are
PRC insiders with insider connections. NOTHING happens inside of
China with out being Blessed by PRC. In addition escalation of WWEI
stock in the coming months is rest assured, But until it has revenues
of millions it will continue to be a penny stock. Traders will beat
this stock with out mercy, the average penny investor will sell
because they are bored, sell out to make a car payment or just move

per share, BUT a dollar per share will be late in 09 or early 2010.
