If you think framework is misleading what in the world do you think out of the boue a 8K stating substantial progress with Nokia. I don't care how you cut it IDCC in my opinion the day they released the 8K had better had a signed deal with a contingency or I think they are liable for misleading investors. Of course I am probably wrong, but it certainly had an effect on investors buying the stock predicated on the 8K, or thats my opinion, as the stock shot up.
