When the markets are pricing in the end of the world, and the vast majority of retail investors are out of the market....

most investment banks are pricing in unemployement of 9.1% to 10%, you cant say this was unexpected. Unexpected to joe six packs, but guess what, joe six pack been sitting on cash already.
