who wrote anything about legal obligations & PR?

hardly frothy, & as you well know, i've been around the wave block now for more than 5 years & have seen how they operate.

care to speculate why the PR was released at 4:05PM?

i already know the answer.

btw, do you see the stair pattern of the stock's descent?

another rally which wouldn't get to the bottom of the last P&D --- not a good sign IMO, especially when there is $25M worth of stock to sell... maybe Trippi will give 'em a "loan."
