I believe XOM is calling the shots...

Everything has been setup for them to take control of blocks 1 thru 4.

-Addax has 40% interest in block 1.
-JCG has dissolved his interest in Addax for more shares of Addax & Oryx.
-Addax will try to take out ERHC for as little as possible clearing the way for XOM to make their move.

Once the exploration is done and reserves determined, XOM will take out AXC but only if ERHC is gone.

A wise man never plays leap-frog with a unicorn.
