It is about accountability. Addax has assumed the role of operator in the JDZ for their partner's. Any decision they make, impacts all of the companies. In that regard, the other companies have more or less relinquished decision making to Addax for operations, but they certainly did NOT give Addax Carte Blanche to reliquish their fiduciary responsibility to the partnership for those decisions.

We don't have privvy to the insider information on what the other companies do or don't know, but if they are just sitting back and not holding Addax accountable then they are relinquishing their fiduciary responsibility to their shareholders.

I would not be surprised to see lawsuits filed should things continue to proceed in this fashion. People with a lot more shares than us have already let their feelings be known in the past when things were wrong, and I see no difference here. Global meltdown can not excuse the inactions that have taken place here over the last couple of years well before the meltdown.
