Sailfree- The 8k came out after the Batts' decision and in my opinion was a clarification of Shay's remarks regarding the effective date of her decision. The context of his remarks, not to worry about that date, most likely reflected his knowledge of on going discussions prior to her decision. IDCC felt that this required clarification-thus the 8k. After our 8k was released, remember that a Nok official commented that maybe the market was over reacting to the 8k. IMO
