It would be in WM's best interest to not pay dividends to

WAMPQ holders and simply convert them to common. No wasted money paying ridiculous dividends and no wasted money pay a dollar value for each share, which they don't even have to do.

WAMKQ will continue to be paid dividends as it is much cheaper for WM to simply pay the divis on schedule instead of missing 6 and having to pay out $500,000,000.00 if they don't have to.


WAMUQ will be revalued based on the assets and put back on the BIGBOARD with WAMKQ and the other preferreds that haven't been/won't be converted into commons.
