The only money that needs to be considered for preferreds is that for dividend payments.

Nothing else is due to preferreds.


WM is in great shape and is a perfect position to be bought out or to continue to operate (which they are already doing).


Commons have nothing to fear and it is absurd to think that all you will get is .24
