Exactly. No doubt about it that the TRUE VALUE is

a h#ll of a lot higher than those #s suggest.


If someone executes a buyout, they could get the cash and the NOL, and then liquidate all assets slowly as to get the most $$$ for each piece.


No matter what, WM is in a great position and is more than solvent enough to continue operations.


Also, don't forget that the judge has and will continue to let WM transfer $$$ to WMI and other subs as they see fit and she wouldn't allow this if these subs were losing $$$. Think about it, most of the losses came from WaMu. It was too big. The subs are actually GOLDEN.
