I've noticed that too. So...speaking as a fool...here are my predictions:

I predict there will be a really real bottom sometime before MAY 2009.

I predict the following bottoms:

The DOW = 6,000, the NASD = 1,000, and the S&P = 650.

I do agree on some counts with this dude that we will see a big and somewhat sustained bear rally beginning sometime next month (I disagree with him that it will begin this month). I predict the really real bottoms will happen AFTER this rally.

Thus endeth my foolish prognostications.
