The FACT remains that

"The R series preferred is convertible at the holders option or at the option of the board of directors. The converstion rate is at a maximum of 115 shares of common."


For this very reason, if I want more commons, I will buy more commons. I will not by WAMPQ just so it can be converted into something that I can buy at a lower pps.



You make great points and I am happy to see someone else talk about the ???? value of wampq.


It is still inevitable that WAMPQ gets converted to common. It is only a matter of time............................
