1. Urbie's issued way too much stock--even by the LOWEST estimates--for there to be any meaningful short position. Anyone wanting to short CMKX at any time would have had to put up many millions in margin to make any kind of profit, and it just ain't worth it.

2. None of the GetShorty companies has ever proved the existence of any significant naked short position.

LET ME ASK YOU! WHAT MAKE YOU THINK THERE ISN'T ANY SHORT POSITION IN CMKX.
