Ten I never put any confidence into the pink sheet numbers until numerous posters said that it is accurate to the date posted. I tend not to buy penny stocks but thought this might be worth it. So far I've been dead wrong. As for Bickel I don't see the value added. He more than likely doesn't speak the language and I'm sure most of the companies SIVC is courting are not big into English (Just my guess) so why does he have to sit there face to face. When I used to go to China it was to source products and services which I did through Sales Reps. Once we established an office of Chinese nationals who spoke English the need for my trips ceased since we could communicate to them our needs. I don't see this as any different. And why not go to India. Set up the same type of arrangement and put it on auto pilot basically and reap some reverse mergers. This business is not rocket science.

Besides I have a problem with Bickel more than doubling the share count and halving our market cap thus our shareholder investment.

I am still waiting for the closings any day now as I was told several weeks ago and am beginning to wonder
