2.) Where am I getting my numbers?? the S1! I know you place a lot of confidence in pinksheets.com but they are wrong. Jim says exactly where the shares went in the S1, that's the whole point of it.
3.) Let me ask you a question because I don't understand your point. How many employees does SIVC employ?? You seem to think we could just get rid of Jim Bickel and the VP of some division would take over, no big deal. We dont' have anyone else and as much as you would like to think it would be easy to just go find another CEO that can run a publicly traded company that is going to have to, going forward, report to the SEC, as well as have the connections and reputation in China to get $2.5 million dollar deals closed, that's just not going to happen. Did you look at his salary?? I bet most of us make more than that... he's doing this for equity in the company and the chance to make a ton on his shares, not the salary. We can't afford another CEO, and quite frankly, we aren't going to get anyone worth their salary to do it.
4.) I can't believe you think that somehow Jim's trips to China are a waste of time. He has to go! I know in today's business environment in the USA we think we can just do everything online or conference call but that's not how it's done almost anywhere else. He needs the face time with these companies. Remember they are trusting him with a hell of a lot more than we are trusting them with. You don't get new connections and meet people with a few conference calls and a trip once a year to make sure your paycheck clears.
5.) Forget India. We can't get organized as it is with just China. And speaking of China, why would we go anywhere else? We are a small business and could spend the rest of our lives working in China and never scratch the surface of what's there. China has 5 times the population of the USA and will quickly be passing us in terms of GDP and they NEED CAPITAL!!! We couldn't pick a better spot to be in if we had to... we just need to execute and I think we are close.
