I would have to agree with you.


I might even go as far as saying that a

"full disclosure" never has happened, won't happen on the

2nd, and will never happen.


Everyone will have access to a copy that is wrinkled and

blurred and people will still be asking the same questions

about how many assets WM has, is the $4.4 billion included, how much are my shares "worth", what are my common shares going to be worth, and things of that nature?

By the time an "accurate" list of assets will be available for everyone to see, WM will be EMERGING from

ch 11, WAMKQ will be up thousands of percentage points as will WAMUQ, WAMPQ will be sitting at $5-10 until the common stock is trading at $5-10 in which case those who purchased WAMPQ thinking they would get $1000 won't, and they would have been better off buying WAMKQ and WAMUQ imo
