yes, and yes - since 2000. Stated many times

If you truly are why do you more often than not try to belittle and cut down everything IDCC appears to have going their way?

if you really read my posts you would understand that it is not IDCC, or the company that I'm correcting, but usually it is certain expectations of certain posters that I reign in by providing industry context and opinion.

Mickey - lol - nothing has changed with you. Just because you say something is worth a BILLION...and I don't agree with that number but something less, maybe half a BILLION...it doesn't mean I think the number is ZERO (I would state if I thought it was ZERO). Does that make me "with you...or against you"? Maybe it's just that opinion of yours that I disagree with?

I think you finally came to understand that I've been much more accurate than any of the hypesters that came to the board (or even you)....do you think I'm suddenly not on the right path? Show me facts and not your interpretations.....maybe I can be on the BILLION PLUS side??? I have my eyes wide open Mickey.

If QCOM say 5% is reasonable, and based on the IDCC patents, what would you and your expertise call reasonable rate for IDCC?

how about a buck a phone averaged across all 3G platforms....IMO reasonable...and achievable....and would make our SP go through the roof!
