Since you're looking for knowledgeable members of the board, that lets me off the hook.
Just my very humble opinion: it's a total waste of time and effort, tilting at windmills, etc. But if it makes you feel like you're actually doing something useful and you're in control while really you're just waiting for the other shoe to drop (one definition of all human life
