For anyone interested in participating in a conference call to discuss the organization of a group to initiate a proxy fight against the Dec 10th, vote. Please send an e-mail to the address located in my profile.

My objective will be to develop a plan, and organize a small group so that we can start contacting the Institutional Portfolio Managers to either try to convince them to vote "No" or to assign their proxy directly over to us to vote as we see fit.

Please note that as Dew has already articulated, there is a high probability that this effort will not succeed.
