Fiat,,,

your tune has changed significantly. Just a few months ago you gave me a hard time for stating some of the same things you are now saying. since xechem has filed for bankruptcy like i said they would, does this mean you still consider me a basher? are you now a basher? or are we both just telling it like it is now?

my new prediction:
1. xechem int will be shutdown, possibly by the SEC
2. Xechem Nigeria will flourish, but at the expense of american shareholders
3. Burg will resign shortly
4. Pandey will NOT be coming back
5. Swift will get rich
6. Basu will get richer
7. Biggs will leave
8. Xechem will NOT prove that Pandey stole anything, although he will be shown to be a really bad biz operator.


of course, there is always the possibility that they will manage to get through the bk intact and will emerge better off than before, but then i would expect that there will be a severe reverse split. A bk without a massive reverse split would be futile at best. If this bk is completed and a RS happens, then at least the shareholders have some hope of some monetary recovery.

lets hope for the latter!

Burger Boy and Swift MUST go in any case for the shareholders to hang in.
