S. Burg, for years was all too eager to accept calls and make grandiose promises and proclamations about the future of XKEM and our investment.

Now, as the shite hits the fan, he apparently finds the burden of his responsibilities as a member of the BOD to be too much.

If so his responsibility as a director MANDATES he RESIGN immediately.

If this charlatan survives these BK proceedings after allegedly violating SEC rules and regulations routinely for years then there is no integrity inn the small cap mkts for ordinary investors.

A formal investigation is necessary - now
