You and I then agree that this Samsung deal will be a done deal, what we don't know is the exact amount of past due 2G royalty and the past due 3G royalty, and of course what the 3G rate is. I am of the opinion the total past due for 2G and 3G will be close to 400 million.

We also agree that the Nokia 8K should bring forth upon the signing of Samsung a Nokia agreement, with another nice back royalty payment and ongoing payments. These 2 coming on board will definitely make all others have to step up and pay and sooner rather than later.

The thing I wish IDCC would enlighten us on is this time are they also going to be getting seperate money for all the base stations, as these base stations should have to pay also.

Then hopefully they can enlighten us on the chips and what to expect. I personally think IDCC maybe sitting on another fine piece of revenue on these chips but this is a guess.

What I do know that IDCC is better positioned to go to court against anyone than they have ever been. I know it was England, but the facts are still their and England which most of our laws are based on said loud and clear IDCC has a ESSENTIAL PATENT mighty powerfull stuff in my mind, and I would think in most average jurors minds also. The average thinking I believe if a court has found this patent to be ESSENTIAL and most of these jurors will be lay people will say why should I try to disect and understand what I don't know crap about, they said the patent is ESSENTIAL thats good enough for me.

If I was Motorola, and Ericsson, and Sony Ericsson I would be knocking on the IDCC door saying open up damnit i want to talk business. They have not a chance in the world of not paying.

Let me ask you Loop what do you think the back royakty payments from Samsung and Nokia will total, just give us a wild guess. I think the total will be somewhere close to 650 million, just a guess.
