dffhogs, your perspective was my perspective. But, the problem is that different people are interpreting it differently. This is why this issue needs to be cleared up once and for all by DDI. Is DDI liable for penalties if they give timely responses to the SEC? Some will say yes and some will say no. I believe your information came from Steve Haag. The million dollar question is.....Is Steve's analysis correct?
