The way I understand it, if DPDW is suppling timely information to the SEC, than no we are not paying the daily penalty.

If the information is not deemed timely by the SEC, then we are paying the penalty.



FWIW, the last email I saw from IR, DPDW is being timely and not paying the penalty. But at this point, who knows....
