Right! Now back on Oct 30 they said in court there was probably no way they could have full financial schedules that early in Dec, given that JPM was only giving them limited access to their accounting data. But the Trustee was pushing for early in Dec, instead of the end of Dec, which was what WMI was going for.

The judge remarked about possibly getting partial schedules, and WMI atty's said that was certainly doable.

Now they discussed this again today, but what is the status? And the date originally discussed was Dec 1, fwiw..........z
