can't tell the extent to which this may be the case here, but I'm re-posting it to Corner as well, because it's an observation that at a minimum deserves preservation

- another observation is the appearance of the Shell at or around the time the company retained the securities firm - my guess is they were well aware of the "shell" game

- yet another observation is the huge "buybacks" announced by the company....frankly I'd never seen anything like it on the OTCBB, and to do it in such a public fashion and then hire the firm, at leasts lends itself to the possibility of what gody surmises
