Your post exudes experience, I BELIEVE and TRUST you, and totally agree that the "important" people are battling it out over who gets what and how much, even though those same people might be in "parity". You and I both know that even if a label like "parity" or "equality" or "representation" is attached to something, it is merely a label , and no such parity actually exists. It's 1 at a time, and somebody has to go FIRST.
