how can it be billions in dilution ? you can only raise a million a year with 504s . are you talking shares or cash?
i agree it has been diluted but nut as much as you say. what they did was take upfront money and line thier pockets and this is what they are in trouble for .now they could have sold restrected shares to a private investor and he is now able to sell .this just my take on it.
