Revlis, I am also optimistic about a near term Nokia agreement because of their use of "term sheet". I'm no legal eagle, but in my mind I visualize it as an agreement that contains fulfilment of any requirements Nokia may have had, or puts to rest anything that may have been holding up a final settlement between Nokia and IDCC.

Who knows...the Samsung agreement alone may have also fulfilled or triggered whatever framework was in place with ERICY regarding 3G licensing.

It's nice to have some new possibilities to speculate about.
