The answer to all three is "no". The shares you buy are your shares. It's up to Ameritrade to get affirmative determination.

But, is it possible to buy naked shares without knowing? Is it possible of me buying these shares with Ameritrade? If this scenario does take place, what is the end result of my naked shares? 3 questions actually, hehe...

That said, there's no naked short position in any stock with as many shares out as CMKX.

Damn, I thought we were talking about the guy who accidentally shorted CMKX.
