What's really nice for those who have followed along while Nokia jerked the ITC around by forum shopping when it seemed convenient, and now they find themselves full circle coming back before that same court, and now all by themselves - NO WAY.

This time around they will probably have the arrogance to cry that they have been prejudiced, when it's already been stated that NOKIA has prejudiced IDCC in their actions.

It sure put's IDCC in a position of strength at this point in time. Much stronger than they were yesterday.

And to think that when IDCC issued the 8k announcing substantial progress NOKIA could have put this all behind them.

All I know is that I would not want to be in Nokia's seat right now, because with any posturing they might attempt, SAMSUNG just let the air out of their balloons and they stand alone to answer to the judge they disrespected - so IDCC is in a position to say pay me now, or pay me more later.
