All rare colored stones are very expensive too

I only wish I'd known that diamonds existed in other colors--except of course yellow, like the Hope Diamond--twenty years ago. They weren't popular then, and didn't cost all that much. Now they're very popular.

You can still get some on the cheap, but they're mostly the nasty opaque green ones, called "marble green". Yeah, they're diamonds, but ugly as sin.

I want a cognac diamond one day....they're gorgeous.
