Yes I believed based on my own intel that we would have a resolution on several fronts by Mid Nov, 2008.
Those being:
1> SEC
2> All financials filed and recorded.
3> A possible contract of note.
None happened.
Does not mean they won't...but I was disappointed in the intel, and expressed the mia culpa.
Further I disclosed what I knew about the SEC delay, beyond what was public information, learned from my DD. I made an err in that disclosure...it was not Jon's wife but his sister.
That is not the point. The conflict still exists. And yes I am not happy about it, but believe it is an advantage potentially.
And yes Cole, I really believe they went to 65K and back successfully. But why we never knew officially, has to do more with (IMO) the Ger. Gov't., our investors at the time, our relationship with Tao at the time, etc.
If you are a professional executive, you would really understand this in a start up venture.
As to the question of do we really have a product or not?
Yes but we are not the owners. WE own a share. And how that share gets paid is still in doubt at the moment...as it is not clear to me how we will meet the final 750K owed DR K for that share by year end is to be met. Perhaps there is an extension clause I missed in our agreement I missed...don't know.
Otherwise, it is very clear to me we hang our entire hopes once again on a successfully public 65K flight of a Strat with on-board payload tech to verify it. And we wait for the German weather to clear for such a test....and the funds to launch it.
The mid-altitude stuff appears to be redundant in the current market.
After all...the 65K'er was why most of us got here in the first place. So why not still be here?

The money they have brought in is immediately allocated for specific operations that do not include prior debt by prior management.
