we put out a pr saying lawyer has opened his briefcase then plant a rumor on co board saying NITE is being investigated, then CLEAN OUT THE BOARD!?
PR was another purposeful distraction. if racial slurs were the problem all they had to do is delete them and disenroll perpetrators. pr must be a smokescreen. something(s) on there needed to be cleaned out, and the last thing they would do is tell us what. lawyers may have told UC to do that, just like get rid of old TA.

ps. i am not commenting on truthfulness of NITE rumor. may be true. but it shouldn't reside on the company board, posted by UC (purportedly). didn't this bother anyone? unprofessional? and planned?
