I think loyalty is very commendable, espicially in corporate America, but wouldn't a "atta boy" in person make more sense than putting out a company press release on the shut down of the board. They made it sound like the board just recently went in the crapper, when it never made it out of it in the first place. I would bet it was more the work of the attorneys than that of loyalty between the two of them.

Better a steady dime than a seldom dollar.
