Too many people are trying to speculate about things that have already been decided upon.


In addition, too many people are expecting that upon such "news" that the price of the common stock will suddenly go on a "run", which is highly unlikely.

When the announcement of BIG NEWS comes, I have a sneaking suspicion that you better have your position LOCKED IN , because once the news comes, trading will be halted shortly thereafter.


You are correct. The NOL belongs to WASHINGTON MUTUAL and the order has been signed by the judge.
