PR was handled very low class.

If you have aspirations for your Company to have a high profile in the Diamond business, issueing of PR will have to change the present format.

No PR was needed, they had a problem, should have closed it, fixed the problem and then bring it back on line.

Home page should have a message saying website down for maintenance and will be back up early next week and we thank you for your support.

Putting out a PP by UC was overkill and not very professional in the wording.

This Company has tremendous upsides and UC will have many future opportunities to let a good PR Company do that kind of work for them.
