Try the Arizona Stock Exchange.

Why not an Electronic Market place (run by the SEC - not that I like them) where investor buy and sell orders are matched on a first in first out basis?

Their website used to be www.azx.com, but that doesn't work anymore. Maybe they've gone outta business, but they do have a holidays calendar:
